Do I need planning permission?
Most garden buildings fall under Permitted Development if they meet these criteria: height under 2.5m when within 2m of a boundary, must not take up more than 50% of your garden space, and must be for domestic use only. We'll advise you during consultation if your specific situation requires planning permission.

What base do I need?
You'll need a solid, level base that extends 2" beyond the building dimensions. We offer our Airtech timber base system, or you can prepare a concrete/paved base yourself. The base must be perfectly level for proper installation.
Q:
How long does installation take?
All our buildings are pre-prepared in our factory for efficient installation. Standard and insulated wood-clad buildings are completed within one day. Only plastered buildings take longer, typically around a week, due to plaster drying times and painting requirements.
Q:
What access is needed for installation?
We require a minimum of 8ft height clearance and clear, straight access paths with no tight turns or angles. We cannot lift panels over fences or walls. However, buildings can be made sectional at an additional cost to overcome difficult access situations. All obstacles and obstructions must be removed before installation day.
