Our Modena garden room just got a whole new look for 2025, with vertical 20mm cladding on the outside this building really does stand out and give you the extra wow factor, with inline sliding PVC doors and two long opening windows either side, this building gives a modern feel to outdoor buildings

20mm External Vertical cladding as standard with 10 yr anti rot guarentee
3" X 2" heavy duty framing
Full tongue and groove floors and roof
EPDM rubber roof as standard
Two opening PVC windows
Inline PVC sliding foor
Foil insulation
12mm internal redwood cladding on walls and roof
Navaro laminate flooring
Platinum electrics pack including 4x double sockets, LED downlights, panel heater and 2x up and down lights externally

Tanalising

This building is pressure treated and carries a 10 year anti rot guarantee, this stops the building from rotting, once assembled the building will need painting with a good quality oil based water repellent for a long life span by the customer
 

Building Base 

All buildings need a solid level base to be assembled on, this can either be a flagged or concrete base, if you don't have one we can offer a timber framed base that we level up on the day for the building
